The Education Department has issued several serious notices to this institution to provide appropriate information in the interest of hundreds of students, but so far it has not provided any supplementary documents and information. It has thrown all the policies and rules into the wind, and has hit the Education Department hard.
Speaking at the news conference, Karnataka Rakshana (Sivaramegowda faction) Vedike, Chamarajpet unit president Chand Pasha said that this institution is violating the law of the land and making mistakes step by step. Appropriate action should be taken in the interest of the students. The Department of Education has not heeded the repeated directives to disseminate appropriate information in the best interests of students. The Right to Information Act has revealed that this institution is not even registered with the Maharashtra Education Department.
It is also cheating and deceiving various departments in the state by giving false information. This school is registered under the name of the governing body "Jamia Mohammadiya Mansoor". He said that the details of the school management board have been submitted to the Education Department as "Jamia Mohammediyah Education Society of Mumbai".
The fact that three governing bodies have registered to run a school has raised serious doubts. This school is run by the Karnataka State Minority Council. This school was established by the Karnataka State Minority Welfare Department under the scheme to provide quality education to madrasas in the year 2017-2018, The Welfare Department has allocated Rs. 10 lakhs in the name of Jamia Mohammadia Mansoor and on behalf of Jamia Mohammadia Education Society, Mumbai and they said that receiving government funding was a huge fraud even though it was registered as an unaided school.
Notices were issued twice in January and February to provide appropriate information about the educational institution, but adequate information was not provided. In addition, cases of assault and violence against children in the school have also been registered at the Kothanur police station. It is apparent that this school is engaging in illegal activities, fraud, oppression, violence, violation of law and land grabbing at every stage. Therefore, the school should be canceled and the protection of children and the fraud being done to the government should be stopped, said Chand Pasha.
