Under the Let’s Inspire Bihar campaign, On 21 December 2025, the grand “Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 3)” will be organized at the Oxford College Auditorium, Bengaluru. Apart from this, other important national programs are also scheduled to be organized over the next four months in Hyderabad, Delhi, and Patna.
Highlights:
The development of India by 2047 is intrinsically linked with the development of Bihar, having a large population of about 14 crores and with one of the lowest per capita incomes in the Country. Recognizing this national imperative, over 3 lakh individuals from across the country and abroad have associated themselves with the campaign and are actively contributing at socio-cultural, educational, and entrepreneurial levels to Bihar’s transformation, and hence a national transformation too, transcending barriers of caste, religion, race, gender, and ideology.

More than 2,300 programs have been successfully conducted under the campaign across all districts of Bihar, major Indian cities, & several international locations, reflecting its expansive outreach and growing national and global engagement.

The Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 1) organized on 23rd of December, 2023, at NDMC Convention Centre, Delhi, and Season 2 of it organized on 22nd of December, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi, have recorded impressive attendees and garnered public praise. During Season 1 & Season 2, a comprehensive Vision Document for Bihar @ 2047 was discussed through intellectual deliberations, public inputs, expert guidance and stakeholders’ engagements, and this document was formally released on 24th of August, 2025, during Start Up Summit in Patna. At the Bengaluru conclave (Season 3), the same vision document will be further refined and finalized through intellectual inputs, public comments, expert guidance and stakeholder engagements.

Under the Let’s Inspire Bihar (LIB) campaign, a series of important national-level programs are being organized over the next four months in Bihar and various states across India. These initiatives reflect the campaign’s evolving role, demonstrating that it is no longer limited to a Bihar-centric effort but has grown into a national platform contributing meaningfully to India’s long-term development goals.
Bengaluru Conclave: A National Confluence for Bihar @ 2047 Vision
As part of this journey, on 21 December 2025, the “Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 3)” will be organized at the Oxford College Auditorium in Bengaluru. This national conclave will provide a strong platform to connect native Biharis residing in South India with industry leaders, investors, startup founders, and senior corporate professionals, enabling meaningful dialogue around emerging opportunities in Bihar and across the country.
The Let’s Inspire Bihar campaign expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Industry Minister of Bihar, Dr. Dilip Jaiswal, for graciously accepting the invitation to attend the conclave as the Chief Guest. The campaign is also honoured by the consent of Hon’ble MLAs Sanjeev Chaurasia, Mithilesh Tiwari, and Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh alias Sonu Singh, MLA from Dehri-on-Sone, to participate as distinguished guests.
The Bengaluru conclave represents the campaign’s broader philosophy that India’s development remains incomplete without Bihar’s development, and that Bihar’s resurgence must be woven into the national growth story. The event aims to channel intellectual capital, professional expertise, investment potential, and entrepreneurial energy from South India toward inclusive development, innovation, and employment generation in Bihar and beyond.

Other Important Upcoming Events
In addition to the Bengaluru conclave, a limited number of key national programs will be organized in the coming months in Hyderabad, New Delhi, and Patna. On 18 January 2026, the Bihar Development Summit 2026 will be organized at the campus of T-Hub, Hitech City, Hyderabad, one of India’s premier innovation centres. Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister of Bihar, Mr. Samrat Chaudhary, will participate as the Chief Guest. On 22 February 2026, a grand Bihar Development Summit will be organized under the open sky at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. The program is expected to witness the presence of prominent corporate leaders, education experts, social entrepreneurs, and youth representatives from across the country and the world. These programs will focus on development-oriented dialogue, literature, women empowerment, and organizational strengthening, with the objective of deepening public participation and policy-oriented discussions aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

Let’s Inspire Bihar is no longer confined by geography. It has evolved into a national platform committed to ethical leadership, inclusive development, entrepreneurship, education, and social harmony. Rooted in the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship, the campaign seeks to contribute to India’s progress while consciously transcending divisions of caste, community, gender, and ideology.
By empowering youth, women, professionals, entrepreneurs, and socially conscious citizens, the campaign is working toward large-scale cultural, educational, social, and industrial transformation. The realization of a developed India depends on collective commitment, long-term vision, and sustained effort, and Let’s Inspire Bihar remains firmly aligned with this national mission.
The Campaign’s Stated Objectives, Past Programs & Achievements As of now. 
Based on the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship, the campaign envisions contributing to the nation beyond narrow divides (such as casteism, communalism, gender discrimination) while drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of the motherland. At present, 28 free education centers are run by individuals and scholars in 15 districts of Bihar, benefiting around 2,000 economically disadvantaged students. Of these, 23 are run by women under the name of Gargi Pathshala. The campaign aims to bring a broad entrepreneurship revolution in Bihar to maximize employment generation within the state. To make every Bihari educated and skilled, it is necessary to create an extensive ecosystem that includes every segment of society, providing every possible support and guidance to youth moving toward self-employment, startups, entrepreneurship, and business.
To sow the seeds of the entrepreneurship revolution, the campaign aims to 
establish at least 5 successful startups in each district of Bihar by 2028, capable of providing employment to over 100 individuals. In line with this goal, numerous startup summits and Vibrant Bihar Global Conclaves were organized in Patna in 2022 and 2023. Bihar Entrepreneurship Summit at NDMC Auditorium, Delhi, in 2021, and Bihar Vision @ 2047 Conclave in 2023 were successfully organized. Bihar Dialogue programs were also held in Dubai, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Vadodara to connect entrepreneurs with the campaign. Several successful entrepreneurs continue to advise startups at these summits from time to time.
After completing a 4-year journey, members of chapters from all districts of Bihar took a pledge for Bihar’s development at the historic Developed Bihar Resolution Grand Assembly held on 22 March 2025 at Bapu Auditorium, Patna. On 24 August 2025 at Ravindra Bhavan, Patna, and on 25 August 2024 at Vidyapati Auditorium, Patna, Startup Summits were held, and on 22 December 2024, Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 2) was organized at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi. Today, over 15,000 successful entrepreneurs have voluntarily joined the campaign. Over 600 startups are progressing with the campaign, aiming to establish at least 5 successful startups in each district by 2028 that can provide employment to over 100 individuals, with several such startups already established in Begusarai, Chapra, and other districts.
Over 2,300 programs have been organized so far in all districts of Bihar, major Indian cities, and abroad. To extend the campaign’s messages to every village and town and ensure maximum participation from every segment of society, mass public dialogues began in Begusarai on 10 December 2023, attended by over 50,000 people. On 21 January 2024, thousands participated in the second mass public dialogue at Maharaja College, Ara, and on 1 December 2024, 50,000+ individuals attended the third mass public dialogue at Sasaram (Rohtas). Thousands also participated in the events at Rajendra Stadium, Chapra on 8 December 2024, and at Jadua, Vaishali on 9 February 2025.
Jeevak chapters, established by doctors, have conducted over 300 free health camps, benefitting over 50,000 underprivileged individuals. Numerous cultural and social activities are being regularly conducted by campaign members. By 2028, the goal is to establish campaign chapters in every panchayat and ward of Bihar. Through the Gargi chapters established by women, free education is being provided at 23 Gargi Pathshala centers in 11 districts for underprivileged students, alongside excellent initiatives for women’s self-employment through Gargi Kala Koushal centers and Gargi Kritya.
This campaign is not merely a collection of programs — it is a continuous process of cultural, intellectual, educational, social, and industrial transformation in Bihar. The campaign is reaching every village, town, district, and community in the state, ensuring active participation from every class, every ideology, every profession, and every citizen. This collective journey 
toward a developed Bihar can only succeed if the commitment is collective, the vision long-term, and the efforts continuous.
